General CONDITION & Informations:
All companies are officiel and under licenc working, all transportation is insured as public transport for personnes. All drivers are english speaking and other languages on request. All cars, minivans, coaches are controlled by public companies in respect of the national laws and europeen rules.
It is forbidden in Europe inside the public transport to smoke, to eat and to drink. The transport of animals only on request. For groups of children, students and other minor persons a deposit as a guarantie must be given.
Departure and return time can be different due to the weather and trafic situation. The client will be informed by phone for any inconvenience. Pick up is at the hotel, apartment and back after service.
No company is responsable for accidents on tours or transfers on public streets and places also when climbing on or off the vehicules. Inside and on all services clients are full insured. The client is responsable also for his personal effects and luggage.
Attention please: For each reservation a deposit of 20% will be neccesaire. For this clients credit card will be used as a guarantie and the balance will be debt 72h before the 1st service starts. Cancellation untill 72h befor the departure will be free of charge. By later cancellation the fullamount is due, no refound by "no show" or less clients than booked. More clients as booked only on request.
Children under 4 years are free of charge on parents knees, betwenn 4 and 12 years the cost is half of the price but for only one child per couple. Special seats for children must be confirmed in advance. Also in advance the company need to know if special arrangements has to be made - transport-example wheelchaise - restauration-example diabetics, vegetarian etc... If changements by incoming or outgoing - date and time of arrival, changing aircompanies, hotels or trains etc. it will be up to the client to inform the booking and reservation center.
In addition to the price a supplement of 20 Euro will be charged to the client by daytrips longer than 8 hours for the drivers meal. A supplement is also charged when the booked time is not respected by the client. There are no supplements for other fees like parking and motorway.
